If you have not previously performed flow experiments with the flow core, please consider contacting the operator prior to completing the proper request form (located below).  There is no charge for meeting with flow core staff, and a meeting can help to establish individual expectations and considerations related to your experiment.  We encourage you to contact us to discuss any questions or concerns regarding your system or potential experiments.

Please complete the form below to request to have samples analyzed using the BDAccuri C6.  After your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the operator to ensure that the samples adhere to the regulations applied to the facility.  After review of your request, you will be notified regarding the status of your request.  Please note that no samples at BSL-3 or above will be accepted; additionally, no radiolabeled samples will be accepted.  Finally, please be aware that you, as a user of the facility, must provide accurate information regarding sample type, approval, etc. to ensure safety is maintained in the facility.  If your request is accepted, you will receive further instructions detailing sample preparation, transportation, and safety in the facility.If you have any questions at all when filling out the form, please do not hesitate to contact the operator.

NOTE: All samples to be considered for flow cytometry at the facility must have received approval from the Institutional Biosafety Committee responsible for oversight at the user’s institution.  Proof of approval must be submitted with the request and will be reviewed by the operator.
