Facility Policies
There are a variety of policies in place regarding use of the flow core. These facility policies are not only designed to ensure that the instruments are being used properly and to minimize damage to facility property, but also attempt to provide conditions that will render the best possible user results. Furthermore, since the facility is located in a Syracuse University academic building which is used primarily by students and other non-flow core individuals, the user guidelines seek to maintain a safe environment for all involved. It is imperative that users follow all guidelines as they are outlined here. Please read the facility policies and be familiar with them. Failure to follow them can result in poor results, instrument damage, and/or an unsafe environment in and around the flow core. As such, failure to follow the guidelines will result in a warning and, following repeated infractions, in loss of privileges to the flow core.
